ScotsCare helps Scottish people living in London who may need additional assistance. We work with first and second-generation Scots, widows, partners of Scottish nationals and children of Scottish parents, who live within a 35-mile radius of Charing Cross. We aim to offer help to all Scots, regardless of race, colour or sexual orientation.

Agency Referral Form:

Please remember that more information is better than less, as it will avoid any delays in dealing with the request and speeding up the process for the client.
General Application Form (to be sent with a copy of the Agency Referral Form):
Please ensure that your client completes and signs this Application Form then sends it with a copy of the Agency Referral Form that you email to us. It will save time if you enclose recent proof of your client’s benefits/income (no more than 2 months old) and their Scottish connection (birth certificate, passport or photo driving licence)
