We received a nice email today from a client thanking our caseworker Fay for her help:

to thank fay and let her no I’m half way through my college course doing 6 a levels, getting top grades so far, all thanks to her encouragement, sent in my application to uni so I will let you know how i get on. Thank you again, you were there to help when I was at a really low point love and best wishes
